Product Return Policy For Consumables
Effective date: March 1st, 2009
This policy applies to Fujifilm Canada Inc. (Graphic Systems) sold consumable products which a customer wishes to return for credit.
General conditions for suitability of product return
Fujifilm Canada offers only a limited product return subject to the following conditions:
1) All product returns must be authorized by a Fujifilm Canada Customer Service Representative.

2) A returned product must have a return materials authorization (RMA) number assigned by a Fujifilm Canada Customer Service Representative.
3) Items are contained in original, unopened packaging/containers with all labels intact. The customer must supply Fujifilm with the label information (see attached examples) prior to an RMA being issued.
4) For picking errors, shipping damage or ordering errors Fujifilm must be notified within 5 business days of shipping to be eligible for return for credit.
5) Items are returned within 30 days of the shipping date.
Fujifilm Canada reserves the right to refuse to permit the return of any product. Products with limited remaining shelf life or special/custom ordered for a single customer are typically not returnable.
All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee (except for picking, shipping or ordering errors).
Any product returned without an RMA number will not be issued a credit. (Fujifilm Canada Sales or Technical Services personnel may not pickup material for return without an RMA number being issued by a Fujifilm Canada Customer Service Representative.)
Upon return of product to a Fujifilm authorized facility, it is subject to inspection and validation by Fujifilm Canada Technical Services personnel prior to the credit being issued. Failure of product to meet the conditions specified in this policy will result in a refusal to issue a credit. Credit for approved returned product will be issued within 10 business days of receipt of the product.
Specific conditions for Film, Epson & HP inkjet cartridges
All Film, Epson / HP inkjet cartridges are final sale and cannot be returned for credit or exchange.
